FAQ

Can you print custom sizes?

Yes. We can print any size up to 40” wide and however long your file is. For non-traditional sizes, please contact us for a price quote.

What file types do you accept?

We accept PSD, JPEG, and TIF file formats for printing. We also will process RAW files for you and make prints from those customized files. Contact us for a price quote on any retouching services.

What color space should I use?

Ideally your files should be in either Adobe 98 RGB or ProPhoto RGB. SRGB is acceptable however, and since most mobile captured images are SRGB, we have printed many beautiful images in this color space.

What should my file resolution be?

To make this answer simple, we recommend full native resolution from your camera or phone. Ideally the file will be 300 PPI (pixels per inch) at whatever size you want printed, but at a minimum 150 PPI. We will work with you to optimize your file if necessary.

Where are you located?

The studio is in downtown Buchanan, MI.

How should my files be setup?

Ideally your files should be sized at your desired print dimensions in an application like Adobe Photoshop. The pixel per inch (PPI) should be 300 when possible, but can be as low as 150 PPI. The color space should be Adobe 98 or ProPhoto.

If you aren’t sure how to do any of the above adjustments, we offer white glove treatment for your files, where Marc will take a look and email you with information and input on how best to print and at what scale.
